Once seated, your Brazilian style dining experience begins. Our troop of Passadors (meat carvers) move from table to table, offering fifteen different cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken, all slow roasted over our charcoal barbeque and expertly carved at your table.
We source and buy all of our meats based on the quality that we need, not based on whether the meat is halal or not. We therefore do not specify it as a requirement.
We are able to offer, with 5 days notice, a wider range of halal meats.
If you need specific information regarding which of our meats are halal or not, please request to speak to a manager in your restaurant when you arrive and they will be able to answer your questions.
Please note that although the meat itself will be halal, we cannot claim to operate a food preparation environment that follows halal guidelines.
